Project Manager - Delivery Management

Experience: 8+ years of experience with at least 3 years of project management experience.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated ability to deeply understand client domain, preferably in the manufacturing space
• Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
• Sound technical knowledge in at least one or more of the listed technologies - J2EE, RDBMS, and C++.
• Advanced project management skills - scheduling, resourcing, training, monitoring, cost control, ensuring quality of releases etc
• Demonstrated ability to grasp risks associated with project delivery and the ability to manage and mitigate risks
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and ability to review and ensure accurate effort estimation
• Ability to prioritize, multi task, and make critical decisions given with minimal documented requirements
• PMI certification desirable

Roles & Responsibilities:

Delivery Manager for a number of projects for a large enterprise client in the automotive/enterprise application space.

• Responsible for initiation, execution and completion of a variety of projects across development, deployment, support and maintenance phases using a diverse team
• Responsible for End to end project management for the assigned projects
• Responsible for major technical and delivery related decisions in the project(s) and their implementation
• Manage career growth, motivation & retention for the team members

Software Engineer - Microsoft Technologies

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/Msc (Mathematics)

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Required Skills

• Experience in C#, ASP .net, VB.net, Web services, ADO .net.
• Experience using MS SQL Server 2000 and development, using SQL, stored procedures
• Experience in data analysis, identify/define business rules and implement transformation logic necessary to move the data.
• Experience in XML and Web Services.
• Strong documentation, debugging and data analysis skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand and elaborate requirements.
• Should have experience in design, code and testing.
• Expertise in identifying and using appropriate design patterns.
• Capability to work independently and interact with the client.
• Good experience with Web based projects

Software Engineer - Java

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Required Skills

• Strong skills in Java, Java Data Structures, JFC, Swings
• Should have good knowledge in Servlets, JSP, XML, CVS, ANT
• Java certification is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills
