TriCon captures and manages product configuration and design information across the enterprise, integrating sales, engineering, and manufacturing information, and feeding other enterprise applications. The entire enterprise has real-time views of BOM data, including pending changes. Configuration of a typical order takes less than one minute.
By streamlining its make-to-order process, TriCon has helped International reduce its inventory costs. And because TriCon ensures new configurations are engineered to fit their particular purpose, the system has led to reduced customer warranty claims.
