To build an automated loan origination system that provides lead qualification & prospect management solution for Loan Officers to efficiently qualify potential prospects. To design the solution in the SaaS model where the customer would manage both the process and data.

Customer Challenges

Loan Origination process is complex and business rules driven and had resisted being automated to a degree that would be required to offer it as a service to the mortgage industry. This solution would require rules based decision making capability as well as interfaces to industry 3rd party service providers such as credit bureaus and agencies. The product also had to be scalable so it could be offered as a service via a SaaS model.
