Trigent provides data and voice connectivity for customer support and technical support. We work closely with clients in designing the processes, systems, SLA's specific to their needs. The support personnel have basic knowledge of software development and maintenance and have direct experiences of handling customer issues like training, support and troubleshooting. Support is provided on a 24 x 7 basis.

  • Level 1 support -Registration of support calls can be online or web based, depending on traffic or ticketed offline. For critical applications Trigent often places a resource at the client location to tackle and resolve time critical issues.
  • Level 2 & Level 3 support - This response time is based on the project and specific customer requirements.
