A Minnesota based entrepreneur came to Trigent to launch a business that could provide financial planners a personalized way of keeping in touch with their customers, ultimately increasing revenues.
The solution needed the functionality of a CRM tool with the ability to lend personalization beyond the conventional CRM tools available in the market.
Trigent worked with the entrepreneur's innovative idea of reaching out to hundreds of target contacts with handwritten notes and built a .NET platform specific to the needs of financial planners.
There was very little documentation available to begin the process of development for building the solution. Trigent was involved right from the idea conception stage to the development, maintenance and delivery of the application for its various releases. The tool was initially designed for financial planners, but has now found avenues of tapping the potential for other markets beyond financial planners.
A group of real estate entrepreneurs wanted to address the inconsistencies related to disbursement of loans. They had identified a gap in the market that was leading to many loan applications being rejected during the initial stages of screening.
The business need was to streamline the entire process of a Loan application right down to the final approval process for Mortgage Brokers, Loan Officers, Processors and Managers to effectively pre-qualify prospects.
The entrepreneurs' idea to improve the process efficiencies surrounding the loan process needed to be translated to a cost effective web based technology solution. .Trigent took on the project responsibility from the idea conception stage to deployment and is currently working on customizing the application for addressing the present requirements and designing it to scale up for future requirements.
A group of entrepreneurs based out of Florida wanted to help buyers/sellers of homes by providing reliable information to take informed decisions. The home- buying process is often hampered by lack of documentation and up to date information not being available for home appraisal.
The solution was to develop a professional site that could provide the buyers/sellers with up to date information about 'appraisal', 'inspections' and 'home warranty' for prospective homes.
Trigent began with the high level business requirements from the client and developed the web application using an innovative framework based methodology. Trigent worked closely with the entrepreneurs during the entire development process to incorporate the evolving business requirements of the solution.
The application developed is used as a valuable resource for both buyers/sellers to make informed and confident buying decisions.
An entrepreneur based out of Australia, wanted to develop a customized application that could automate the process of quoting prices depending on the variables associated with the various markets the firm was competing. The application was to be used by automotive repair services located across the US.
The application to be developed was mission critical nature and one wrong calculation would have on the sales and profits of the organization.
The time frame for development was very short and the specifications for the application were at a very high level. Trigent worked with the entrepreneur in designing the algorithms that could maximize the profit by calculating the optimal prices for different markets and also provide an efficient tracking mechanism for the several quotes it receives during a given period of time.
Trigent successfully delivered this complex solution that has helped in fine tuning the process of pricing thereby increasing the competitiveness of the customer's bids and delivering enhanced profits.
