Company wide data / source backups

Trigent provides secure data/source backup with a high degree of flexibility that enables you to retrieve an accidentally deleted file or even view and restore a previous saved version of it.

Trigent provides data/source backups at three levels.

• Backup Procedures based on Geographic Location: These are taken for specific projects and the projects groups define the periodicity.
• Scheduled Backup Procedures: Company-wide projects data / source backups are taken weekly, monthly and yearly. The yearly backups are stored in fire safe cabinets.
• Project wide data / source backups: All the projects running adhere to the backup plans as defined in their specific Project Administration Plan, for backing up the source and data. As a general guideline, weekly backups are taken.

Business Continuity ( i.e. Disaster Recovery)

Trigent understands the financial implications of interruptions in access to critical data or lost data. Either of them could disrupt the smooth functioning of an organization. Trigent's business continuity services and disaster recovery services are designed to ensure that your organization does not face any issues related to access or loss of data.

Trigent's Business Continuity Planning (BCP) ensures the continuity of your business processes by eliminating all single point of failures in the event of natural or man made disasters. The Disaster recovery strategy helps in protecting mission-critical data, reducing downtime and enables your organizations to resume business immediately following a disaster or other unplanned interruption.

Trigent periodically reviews the existing BCP and DR measures for design, completeness and overall adequacy.
