Brand Marketing Manager [Job ID:jobs-JC230]

Trigent is looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to help build our brand awareness across online & offline channels. Will work across all levels and functions of our company, determine customer needs, identify what makes us unique and communicate it to our markets through holistic marketing campaigns.

Role & responsibilities
  • Gain target market & customer insights, identify Trigent USP’s relative to Marketing and define the primary marketing themes and messages
  • Devise holistic marketing campaigns that spans all customer touch points, online & offline
  • Oversee creative development of marketing campaigns with internal & external stakeholders
  • Cultivate media relationships to generate visibility for the Trigent brand in digital media
  • Own the PR activities, ensure media coverage and manage brand reputation
  • Plan and execute Trigent participation in Virtual and Physical Conferences/Events
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Measure effectiveness of campaigns via NPS and brand recall analysis
Experience & Skills required
  • Atleast 7+ years of Brand Management experience, of which 4+ years must be in B2B Marketing
  • Creative thinking ability to devise product position, script video storyboards, etc.
  • Possess experience in managing Creative & PR agencies
  • Ability to develop detailed marketing programs that span channels, work with cross-functional teams, assign/track tasks to ensure successful execution
  • Understanding of the IT Services industry offerings and broad knowledge of sector trends
  • Bachelors Degree with Marketing specialization. Startup experience would be a plus
  • B2B Sales experience of IT Services offerings would be an added advantage
