The firm has its presence in 36 countries and provides advisory support, solutions, and services specific to each local market, and offers customized services to address the challenges faced by corporations, financial institutions, and institutional investors.
The firm sought agile transformation. As part of its service differentiators, it looked to provide its customers a single view of their portfolio across different investments, coupled with real-time updates on the investment performance. Private and institutional clients needed to securely view and transact anytime via the web and mobile devices.
The firm’s existing technology framework offered limited capabilities. Data structures needed to be standardized and well-defined APIs were required to be implemented to share data between components.
