When the scope and budgets are not fully defined, the simple hourly fee based on the resource skills is often preferred by our customers. Working on Time-and-Materials is more flexible. This model provides our customers the flexibility to change scope, technology, and timeline based on their market needs. The main advantage for clients is, their evolving requirements easily impact and adjust the whole contractor's workflow.

We begin developing a deep understanding of their unique needs and business goals. From there, we create a plan to connect them with the right technology professional, with verified qualifications and certifications to help them reach their goals. We also work closely with technology professionals to understand their needs, desires and career goals, and offer solutions to help them move forward. We stay in close contacts with candidates placed at our client organizations through our robust HR-ER team to ensure our employees stay happy in their job assignments

Our EDC model has three phases:

  • Pilot Phase engages in the Staff Augmentation model (Pure T&M) to evaluate and ensure the model works.
  • Steady Phase engages in an Extended Delivery Center mode (Mix of T&M and Fixed Price) and streamlines the delivery processes.
  • Advanced Phase engages in the Project Delivery model.

Our EDC team is a central point of contact for the business for EDC processes. The team is responsible for identifying and transitioning offshore activities. The team encompasses the processes, governance, and tools used to plan, prioritise, and manage/execute projects and programs.
